In the next two years around 13 countries and by 2030 34 countries will have super age – with over 20% of their population over the age of 65yrs. In contradiction, a majority of the supply to the global labor force will come from India, with 50% of its population under the age of 25 yrs and over 65% below the age of 35 yrs.

As the traditional brain drain and migration trends are increasing, the demand for laborers and workers from overseas will increase. The host nations will rely on Indian knowledge workers and applicants to make the labor supplies meet. Such globalization induced immigration will lead to renewed demand in the qualified workers from India.
